These SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by First Man Ventures ("First Man Ventures," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Program
The First Man Ventures mobile messaging program sends customer-care and notification text messages. These include inquiry follow-ups, appointment reminders, and support replies related to your inquiry or relationship with us. This is not a marketing or promotional program.
Opt-In / Consent
You opt in to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent box on the contact form at firstmanventures.com and providing your phone number. By checking that box, you provide your express written consent to receive text messages from First Man Ventures at the phone number you provided. Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one confirmation message and then you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, reply START at any time.
